Thank you for shopping with Ravenveil Collective! We strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Digital products (such as downloadable artwork) and custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at notyourvalkyrieravenveil@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Print on demand products:  Items that are purchased with print, and the print is defective, please send at least 3 photos of the item and where it is defective. We can offer you a refund, or exchange the item. Please specify return or exchange, in email along with at least 3 photos. Send email to: notyourvalkyrieravenveil@gmail.com

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within [5] business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Print on demand products:  Items that are purchased with print, and the print is defective, please send at least 3 photos of the item and where it is defective. Exceptions

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Items purchased with a discount code or on clearance may not qualify for a refund.
